7. Magic Bath

The Magic Bath technique can be used in a variety of situations. Some people use it to encourage their wrinkles to become less noticeable or to address skin issues like eczema or psoriasis, while others use this same technique to relieve occasional or chronic pain. Still others appreciate it for calming nervousness and stress, restoring a sense of calm, or releasing overwhelming emotions. The least we can say is that this bath is truly... magic.

This technique is described here as a guidance for a third person. In self-hypnosis, follow the steps while guiding yourself.

Invite them to visualize a lovely cabin, cottage, or magic pavilion within a magic forest.

Inside, there is a bathtub as well as a small adjacent table. As with all the previous techniques, the place and the bath must be magnificent and perfectly suited to the Young Me’s needs and wishes.

Fill the bathtub with magic water whose properties align with your goal (the guided person may indicate a color preference for the magic water).

Have the person get into the bath and invite them to settle in comfortably.

During this period of relaxation, and as the magic water penetrates every pore of the skin, a double of light emerges from the guided person.

The double of light goes into the magic forest to gather all the ingredients needed to concoct a miraculous cream. The gathering of ingredients always aligns with the goal.

While the double of light gathers all the fantastic ingredients, the bathwater purifies the guided person’s skin. The double returns, makes the cream, and then rejoins the guided person.

Little by little, the water becomes dirty, very dirty, sometimes even sticky and thick.

Invite the guided person to wash and rinse off as needed.

The guided person applies the cream to the symptomatic areas.

It is important to have the person physically perform the gestures during the trance so that the young me takes ownership of the care and signals to the body the tendencies to adopt in relation to the goal.

To help achieve the goal, or to maintain well-being, invite the guided person to return regularly for a magic bath in self-hypnosis.
