Moderation policy

What has no place in the school’s spaces, how we intervene, and how to contest a decision.

In effect since

1. What this policy covers

It applies to content you submit within the service — messages to the tutor, exchanges in session, reports, and any exchange space the school may open in the future.

It does not apply to what you do with the method in your own practice, which is your responsibility and subject to your professional obligations.

2. What has no place here

  • Harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory remarks;
  • Sexual content involving minors, and any exploitation of a vulnerable person;
  • Identity theft, including presenting yourself as a certified teacher when you are not;
  • Sharing a third party’s personal data without their consent;
  • Redistributing course materials beyond what the terms of use allow;
  • Attempts to divert the session agent from its method or its safeguards.

3. Situations of distress

A person expressing distress is not breaking any rule and is not subject to any sanction. This is not a moderation matter.

The session agent is designed to direct you toward human help rather than continue the session. If you are going through such a situation, reach out to a healthcare professional or an emergency service in your area.

4. How we respond

Depending on severity: a warning, removal of content, suspension of access to AI sessions, or account closure.

We inform you of the measure and its reason, unless an emergency or a legal obligation prevents us from doing so.

5. Reporting, and appealing

To report content or behavior, write to reussite@dolfino.tv.

To appeal a decision concerning you, write to the same address from your account’s email. A person reviews the case; no measure is taken or upheld by a purely automated decision.
