What Académie Dolfino commits to providing, what we expect from you, and the limits of this service.

1. Purpose
These terms govern access to the Académie Dolfino site and app, operated by Amélio Éducation inc. By creating an account, you accept them.
2. Your account
An account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account.
You can delete it at any time by writing to reussite@dolfino.tv. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the moderation policy, after notifying you unless it is an emergency.
3. School content
Courses, video capsules, manuals, session scripts and technique sheets are the property of the school or its rights holders. Your access is personal and non-transferable.
You may freely use the techniques you learn, for yourself and in your practice. You may not redistribute, resell or republish the materials themselves without written authorization.
4. AI-guided sessions
Access to AI sessions is conditional on two things: a valid screening, and consent to live voice processing. Both are checked at the start of each session; if either is missing, the session does not start.
If the screening service is unavailable, no new session starts. This is a deliberate choice: when in doubt, the service closes rather than opens.
5. What this service is not
Académie Dolfino is a well-being and training tool. It is never a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you are going through a crisis, reach out to a healthcare professional or an emergency service in your area. An AI-guided session is not an emergency service and cannot stand in for one.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable, available service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability: maintenance interruptions or provider failures can occur.
Our liability is limited to what applicable law allows. Nothing here limits the rights that Quebec law grants you as a consumer.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. The effective date appears at the top of the page, and any substantive change is flagged to you before it applies.
