Course overview

The wounded-child technique guides the healing of childhood wounds such as betrayal, abandonment, rejection and humiliation. All 16 core wounds are covered. You’ll also learn to use it to overcome guilt and feelings of helplessness.

You’ll also learn to harmonize and reconcile your anima / animus (the masculine and feminine parts of yourself). Finally, you’ll also experience techniques that will help you make peace with the judge, the critic and all sorts of other aspects that can be destructive for many people. Finally, the “backpack / hot-air balloon” cleansing technique will let you free yourself from the weight of the past and prepare effectively for the changes needed to reach your goals.

This course aims to give you the tools to understand and analyze the human being (whether it’s yourself, a child, a teen or an adult) so as to help them accept themselves, know themselves better, evolve and progress quickly toward happiness. Hypnotic trance allows you to use archetypes in a unique way to make giant leaps forward in our lives. The techniques you’ll learn in this training are among the most powerful in the Méthode Dolfino®.

Childhood wounds:

Our personality and our life are greatly affected by childhood wounds (betrayal, abandonment, humiliation, rejection, powerlessness, etc.). The main wounds are transmitted unconsciously from parents to children. We also pass on our own unresolved wounds to our own children. Life events can also cause emotional wounds that we can carry for a long time if we don’t pay attention to them. We don’t carry every kind of wound; as a general rule, we can identify one main wound and one secondary wound.You’ll have tools to identify the childhood wounds that are most active in you and in the people you guide. You’ll also experience powerful techniques to address them.You’ll see that these wounds have an impact on every aspect of life, notably on the choice of your romantic partner. The unconscious chooses our partner according to the representation of our anima / animus and according to our wounds. You’ll thus learn to know yourself better and to better understand the choices that guide your life.

The archetypes:

Archetypes are symbolic patterns anchored in your unconscious. In a way, they live within you, influencing your behaviors, your beliefs and your emotions.The inner child, the critic, the sage, the masculine and the feminine are some of the archetypes common to all of us. Archetypes have been used since the dawn of time to help people evolve, take stock of their life, cross the “barriers” that seem to stand in their way, and clarify their life mission. These powerful symbols are associated in our unconscious and in the collective unconscious with memories, emotions and facets of ourselves that are critical to our development and to our ability to overcome life’s challenges and fulfill our life mission.
