Regression techniques

Course overview

Regression is an excellent way to rewrite emotional history in order to move past certain blocks that stand in the way of activating your full potential. You’ll learn to use it to revisit a happy moment. This lets you connect to the positive emotions of that instant and bring them back into your daily life. What’s most striking is that the memory of the moment is so real and vivid that all the senses take part in it. That’s why they’re never used to visit painful events in life — that would be unpleasant as well as harmful. It is, however, very pleasant and useful when used to relive joyful moments.

You’ll also learn to do metaphorical regressions. This is one of the most popular techniques of the Méthode Dolfino®. It lets you travel “outside of time” to resolve a psychological or physical issue at its source, without revisiting past events. It brings about deep, immediate changes.

You’ll also discover how to carry out mineral, plant, and animal regressions in order to step back from a situation and see things from another angle.

Finally, “past life” regression, beyond any beliefs about their actual existence, makes it possible to find non-obvious solutions to a problem and escape destructive “patterns.”

What is a regression? What is it for?

The goals of this type of technique are many. Among others:

  • developing a new understanding of certain situations
  • reconnecting with strengths we’ve let fall asleep
  • asking questions of our unconscious
  • exploring certain life passages that are quite extraordinary to reconnect with (e.g. one’s birth)
  • finding a lost object

What’s most striking about this kind of technique is that the memory of the moment is so real and vivid that all the senses take part in it, and we feel as though we’re living that episode of life all over again – and this, with all five senses. It’s also interesting to notice that, often, a person’s personality changes during the session, along with their attitude, tone of voice and emotions.

What is a past-life regression?

There are at least five possibilities that could explain this phenomenon. It’s up to you to choose the explanation that suits you best!

  • The regression is actually a metaphor created by the “young me” to explain and reveal a source for the problem in a way the “young me” can easily manage.
  • The metaphor is actually contact with an “information bubble” from the collective unconscious. This bubble would have been drawn in by the intention because of its resonance with the person’s situation.
  • It’s the fruit of pure imagination.
  • Your cells or your genes hold memories of what they’ve been, and give you access to precise memories when you’re in a state of receptivity…
  • Past lives exist, and we can recover the ancestral memories tied to them.

Whether one or more of these explanations is true or not, the most important thing to consider is that many people achieve positive, beneficial changes through metaphorical regression visualizations. This can, for example, allow you to:

  • Understand certain life situations or repetitive patterns.
  • Integrate experiences, abilities, learnings and knowledge.
  • Better understand your relationships.
  • Release emotional imprints.
  • Recharge and draw on lost energies.
  • Discover your life plan or life mission.
  • Untangle certain blockages.
  • Lift the veil on a past experience, for the pleasure of knowing what you once were (or what your unconscious believes it once was).
  • Discover the origin of a difficulty you experience daily and, above all, transcend it.
  • Prepare for death.
